HIIIIIIIIIIII I haven't photoshopped in a while. Took me half a day to finish the first one, and I'm currently on the second. This is actually my first time vectoring and...it got pretty addicting the hour after I finally figured out how to use the pen tool correctly. HAVE I MENTIONED THAT IT'S ADDICTING.
^ First vexel! Finished it in one day. I couldn't figure out how to do the hair so I just cropped it out lol. I'll learn how to do hair soon... This one, I started today. I've been at it for several hours. Update on 2/18 ![]() Same olds. Photo manip. 3 hrs? I photoshopped the entire garden, and blended in every single grass and flower. Photoshopped the entire sky. Freaking photoshopped the fairy (part of it). |

Ooh, I like. :D
Forgive me if it's just your style, but maybe you could try to stay away from following the posterization too much? I dunno, but I still like it. And yes, the pen tool is pretty furkin` addicting. |

I enjoy the first one most because you can put both images side by side and not entirely believe that they were the same (kind of)
Nice job tho. |

I don't know how to do it without the posterization Trust your creative egg cells and just try to go with the flow of what you're vexeling. You could try limiting sharp edges for your shapes. More transition layers would make that work, too. But then again, the style you're currently following is still appealing. :] |

The shapes are relatively good, you just need transition layers. Those help...so much.

The ear and jacket on the second are wondrous, but just personally, I don't like too much contrast in the skin on vectors. You may want to instead do much more layers with closer matches in color.

Yeah, I didn't know I had to make transition layers until I read more tutorials later on haha. My third vector has them though! (: |
