New to the Div Overlay---please help, code help Options

OK, I am having trouble finding the correct codes to replace the XXXXXX's for the 'home' 'add me' 'block' and etc... also, trouble find the image codes. I know thats alot to ask, but i really love the div overlay layouts and I am teaching myself about the codes and such, but this is aggervating me that I can't figure it out. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?????????

Here's something to look out for: Make sure to replace the XXXXXX before you hit the 'Save Changes' button.

To replace the 'XXXXXX' with your friend ID, look through your code for these links:
