There is this girl that used to date my fiance.
She still writes him up on myspace every few months and tells him she still loves him and takes any opportunity to talk shit about me.

Recently her boyfriend got sent to jail and she sent a message to John saying that now that Nick, her boyfriend, was in jail and they should be friends now. She kept saying things to him that made me uncomfortable and I wrote her a message that wasn't rude at all but asked her politely to get the f**k out of our lives. She suddenly got very defensive and started verbally attacking myself and my friends. I then sent her a mean spirited message back that told her if she had anything to say to come say it to me because I was at a pretty well known place in my area.
She never addressed my offer to talk face to face but continued, rather, to talk shit via myspace about various loved ones I have and then she crossed the line when she made a comment about my dad killing himself.
My dad died of a drug overdose 2 years ago and it was a complete accident. It straight up INFURIATES me that she would go that far, but it is not the first time she has done it. I forgave her the last time because she had moved to New York and there was nothing I could do about it.

Now she is back in my home town. She still writes my fiance on myspace and has her one and only friend talk shit to me and about me any chance she gets. Normally I would just crush someone for doing these things but the problem is she is 17 and I am 18. That is assault on a minor and it's a felony. I am not trying to go to jail for 6-12 months for this bitch, what do I do?

What a little bitch. Well, if you really do want to kick her ass, I'd suggest waiting till she's 18 and then do it. Then again, if you didn't give a f**k, you could just kick her ass now. It's not that it happened on myspace, it's that she was talking shit about my friends, family, and my dad.

I could forgive her for talking about me, or my fiance. I could also forgive her, if she really seemed sorry, for talking about my friends. I can't forgive ANYONE for talking about my family, especially my sisters or my dad. Those people were my whole world at one time (my sisters still are). But, she is out slandering my dad's name telling people that aren't even involved that he killed himself when he most definitely did not.

I want her dead, that's what I want. I can't make that happen and I need to know how to control my anger. I have been on an all out man hunt to find her and hurt her, but since no one likes her she is impossible to find. That has given me time to find out that it is a felony 5 if I hit her even one time.

Fighting is just how I solve my problems, I know for a fact she will never EVER say anything bad about my father or my sisters for as long as she lives if I beat her up.

Oh, but wait! Things can't ever be this simple for me. Oh no, not at all.

My fiance and I have been having minor problems for a while now, and it has gotten to the point where we are a completely different couple than we used to be. A lot of minor problems make big problems, they are like legos I guess. Well, him being too nice to his ex girlfriends that still want him has always been a problem. He can't stand to be mean to people.

I found more messages to and from her today, even after she talked all that shit about my dad and family. He left me at a friends house to take a drug test at 11 and didn't come back to get me until 5. When I asked what took him so long he said he was physically and mentally preparing for the drug test (he had to fake it to pass it) and I found out he had been talking to her.

I just don't know what to do. He didn't say anything out of line to her but the fact that he will still talk to her kindly even after what she did to me really hurts me, and it hurts me even more that he lied to me about it.

I have never had problems like this, I am absolutely stunned.

I have a record already but it will be my first assault charge, though. Actually, it will be my first felony. I usually don't beat kids younger than me up, but this is something that can't be ignored. I can't just let her talk shit about my dad.

I really wanted to take her to his grave and make her apologize, eat dirt, then break her face on his tombstone. But, that's kidnapping and it's another felony. I don't want to go to jail. I haven't gotten arrested yet this year and I'd really like to keep it that way. She is a snitch though, so I could do it now and go to jail for a while or wait 3 months until she is 18 and still get arrested for it but probably only get a fine.

I can't decide which is a better option. And, in this matter John's opinion doesn't mean anything. I can't help the way I was raised, my dad taught me if someone pulls a gun you pull a bigger one.

I can't find her. No one knows where she lives, if she works, or anything. I have a plethora of people in the neighborhood I heard she lives in looking, but if she never leaves her house she will be hard as f**k to find. The only place I could find her would be at my old school, but it's an alternative school so their are at least 2 cops there at all times. If I even raised my voice I'd get arrested.

Beating her up would feel SO good. I know just talking to her won't make her stop, I have tried. She runs, literally runs, away. She can talk big shit on the internet and at school but can't back it up and I am sick of that. I've tried every legal thing I can do. Words don't affect her, but a few swift kicks to the face with my steel toed boots would.

go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe you pills; say you have trouble falling asleep at night. get the strongest ones there are, and do your research before you go - try for one with a reputation for horrible side effects. i have sleeping pills that can induce memory loss if you overdose. a friend sent them to me since she didn't react well with them... i no longer have the label, but i've messed with them enough to know they're damn effective. just experiment around.

grind them up or open up all the capsules so they're in a powder form.

whenever your fiance has time, ask him to have her over for tea or whatever you want - "because you really want to work things out." either slit and resew her bag with the added powder, or just put it straight in and let it dissolve.

Sever as many online links with her as possible - emails, Myspace etc - and do NOT reply to any of her remarks, as hard as that might be. What she's doing here is trying to get at you and your guy's relationship through provoking you and complimenting him. Your man needs to stop reading, listening, taking notice or even acknowledging her existence.

Whatever you do - and as much as she may deserve it - don't let things get out of hand physically. Your relationship is strong enough to weather the comments of one jealous little minx; so don't go making it worse. This girl could - and probably would - take things a lot further than you think a mere fight should be taken. Before you know it, you're in deep legal shiznits, she's crying on your boyfriends' shoulder about how cruel you are to her and you've just alienated your guy.

This is YOUR boyfriend, not hers - don't let her call the shots. Make sure you let your guy know (politely) just how much this is upsetting you. Provide a united front against her and she'll back down.

About your fiance, have you confronted him about the situation? I wouldn't jump to any conclusions yet, so it would be best to ask him why he was talking to her.

Actually, your fiance should just STOP communicating with her for good. Otherwise, the little whore is going to think it's okay to keep harrassing you. If she sees that he doesn't want to deal with her anymore, then hopefully she will get discouraged and leave you alone.

Now if I were you I would sever all contact to her, which might make her come to you in person (which is what you want). Don't fall for her TRAP, DO NOT respond to her online stuff, it is prolly part of her trap to make you break up with your boyfriend so she can snag him later. Do not bother her, wait for her to come to you literally as in your house or apartment. Settle it there if she comes that far. You will be free to do what you wish if she is on your property.

Now if you really want to find here, find out the name of her school. Then call the school and ask for her phone number (say you need to give her homework or something). From the phone number you can find address, etc.
