Just wondering...because right now as I'm typing these girls beside me are laughing and staring. Hopefully I have nothing sticking out. Yeah I'm paranoid. ermm.gif

i dont get a lot of stares, and if so, theyre from my friends who would gladly tell me if there's something wrong. otherwise, if i look in the mirror and see something off, then i start to wonder if anyone else saw.

That's really immature. When people stare or laugh, and make it so clear, I just think that they have really low self-esteem. They want others to feel insecure just so they can feel bigger. They want the feeling that they can control others. Okay, I might have a booger sticking out of my nose or something. But heck, you wasting your time life and making a big deal over my booger? Shows what kind of person you are. (:

I'm not going to lie. I used to be one of those people but now, I know what it feels like to be a victim.

I don't care that they are laughing because they are just not good looking people lol. If they were I would be insecure but they are laughing for no good reason. I really think that people should get a life other than to laugh at a random person.

people who laugh and stare just assume you're not gonna bring it up. if you actually ask them wtf they're mindlessly giggling about they'll most likely be surprised. unless they wanted you to confront them... that's when you can just punch the bitches.

It depends. I get a lot of stares due to my big friends and my crazy colored hair. If they just stare, that's understandable. If they stare and mean mug or break their neck trying to look at me then I will ask if there is a problem.

It doesn't make me self conscience it makes me angry that some people can's accept other peoples differences.

I'm gorgeous, people stare.

Whoops, need to take my anti-ego pills. One second.

...

People stare just to make themselves feel more in control of a situation. Or because they've just gone to the zone-out zone. Less paranoia, more pride!

How does that make me weird?
I love everything Cotton Candy, and I wanted my hair that color too. I really don't see how that is so strange. A LOT of other people do it.

I think it is beautiful.

I get a little paranoid when people stare at me when I know there's nothing wrong with my appearance that day, then whisper and/or laugh to each other. :/ I usually just brush it off and try not to care. I don't know them, so their opinion doesn't matter to me.

I love it when people stare. I am always looking fly, so I love the stares. If I am that important to warrant a stare, then I must be doing something right.

I love it when people stare at me. Maybe I'm arrogant and conceited, but the fact that people stare at me, makes me feel important, and if they are jealous of me and laugh, so be it. However, most likely, they are staring because they think I'm cute. cool.gif

I guess it depends on the kind of stare. If it's old man staring at me, I get a little creeped out. If it's one of my peers I don't freak out as much unless they're giving me some bitching little glare and head tilt and such... yeah you know what I'm talking about. If someone's talking about me, I'll usually confront them about it.

Staring in what matter? Like, a hot guy checking me out? Well then that's good.

But no, if they're glaring, then I glare back. It's only a matter of balance.

Haha, it's REALLY awkward but I always end up doing something stupid like staring back, smiling, waving, or any combination of the three. Most often I'll keep looking back up, meet eyes with them, then quickly look back down.

Eventually I get up and walk away and trip and fall or something equally embarrassing because I'm all nervous by the knowledge that someone is watching me.

..it's not always that creepy though, sometimes it's just a blanked out stare that just lasts for a couple of seconds. By the time I notice they're staring at me, their face suddenly wakes up and they snap back into whatever they were doing. No big deal. xD

I honestly don't really care when people stare at me. :) If they mug at me, I mug back. If they "check" me out, I check them back out (if there is something worth checking out, that is), but that's about it. It doesn't make a bit comfortable or paranoid.

When people stare at me when I'm laughing, I laugh even harder.

Or when someone's staring at you and you turn to look at them, they try to move their heads as fast as they can, pretending they were looking somewhere else and not staring at you, but you catch the last few movements of their head moving and you know they were staring at you the whole time. _unsure.gif

Depends on who's staring at me. I usually stare at people (not strangers, mind you) when they're speaking to me. It's a tactic--if they can hold my eye contact, then it's a plus.

I know. They'll look at everything but me. But the directions in which their eyeballs moves tell a lot about a person when they're speaking. Whether they're nervous, lying, or straight-up tired.

It's funny, sometimes I just zone out and have a blank or serious look on my face and people think that there's something wrong, but instead I'm totally fine.

I find it creepy when people zone out and are staring in your direction like they're possessed or something.

People usually tend to look upward when they're lying or recollecting something. When they're looking upward-right, they're trying to remember something. When they're looking upward-left, I think it's supposed to mean that they're coming up with a lie.

Depends. If its a guy. I get worried. Why is a guy looking at me?

If its a girl, hell yeah. I look back, and even stare back. Give a little wink. Thats how you meet people. Oh yeah.

If it's someone around my age I really don't get bothered, but if it's someone older esp. a man I get kind of freaked out.

I usually try to ignore it and concentrate on whatever I'm doing... But it makes me really uncomfortable _unsure.gif I always assume it's because of a bad reason. Lots of the time they've only been staring in my direction, so I don't want to make it look like I'm staring at THEM.

Meh, if their staring and laughing at you, then their either talking about you, or theres something wrong (hair sticking up kind of thing).
But who cares, if they dont say whatever their laughing about, then their obviously scared of you. :)

When people usually stare at me, I usually just stare back untill they feel uncomfortable and look away. biggrin.gif shifty.gif

I got over the stage of caring.
My boyfriend has multiple piercins, I color my hair funky colors.
I reached a certain point where I decided I wanted people to stare.
If that makes any sense...

actualy ugly people can call other people ugly because they know first hand what an ugly person looks like. they see one every morning in the mirror.

What creeps me out the most is when older men look at me and it depends how they look at me. If I don't feel right about the person, I usually feel threaten and unsafe.

I care when people stare at me while they're walking.. It's annoying.
I don't really mind if I'm just walking by and they look at me or watch me go, but when they're walking in any way around me and I see their heads turn, it bothers me.

Which is why I always wear sunglasses when I'm out in the daytime, so the people who stare or look can't see me looking back at them. I feel as if they could read my mind if they saw my eyes. ph34r.gif "Freak, stop staring!"

It depends who it is. Usually if I feel them staring, I'd stare back once to see who it is and look away. Mysterious...shifty.gif

Walking alongside a traffic jam is always disconcerting. It's like you're providing a small diversion to all of the people queuing in their cars.

Honestly... I hate when I'm stared at and analyzed. That's my job... so when someone stares (specifically males) I roguishly ask them what are they starin at, not caring what their reasoning is other than something negative so I can attempt to break their face and teach them a proper lesson :)

If it's a female I lick/bite my lip(s) then wink at them, of course I move along anyways... cuz I'm just not interested. (Definitely, NOT HOMO)
