Why don't you just look it up? I won't take credit for the responses. Here you go. Best of luck.

Short run - You can always try foundation to cover it up.
Long Run - Get more sleep.

this may seem weird because im male, but I've heard if you stick a spoon in the freezer overnight, then in the morning take it out and press on the bags in a sorta roll motion from inwards-out.

It could be genetic, so you might not be able to fix it that much. I would say to either put tea bags, cucumbers, or a frozen spoon over your eye area. Get enough sleep, and drink lots of water! I know people say that a lot, but swelling can be caused by retaining excess water, and you will retain less water by drinking more of it. Counter-intuitive, I know.

Maybe it's heredity?

You could try concealer to make it less noticeable. Also, try putting cucumber slices over your eyes for about an hour. My mom said that it makes you look more awake but I haven't tried it so I can't verify.

Put hot tea bags on your bags for a little while each day, it should reduce the bags.

It may be because of stress as well. Just try to relax, and have some alone time somewhere peaceful each day.
