not sure where to put this.

CBNTM is really great, but I have an idea to make it better.
This object of each round could be to have the most appealing ad, while incorporating modeling, set, and the main item.

The item/theme could be like a gold earing, blue jeans or even french fries. The contestants can use Photoshop as much as they'd like, to improve the look and feel of the ad.
we could even ad creating a slogan as part of the competition.

this way, there would be no more head shots, or lame backgrounds.

Sounds interesting to me. The main thing is getting the whole thing going again. CBNTM kind of died because their wasn't much participation towards the end. I think this would be a lot more fun/active. You just pretty much need people willing to do it. :)

I was going to say that the last time we did CBNTM we didn't have many people interested in it. I deffinately think that we need to make sure that we have enough people who are willing to do it and will actually do it. Last time it seemed like there were lots of people signed up and then they never submitted pictures.

This sounds like a fun idea. I mean, sure its nice to see some professional pictures but its always fun to see creativity and not be so serious all the time! Photoshop, ftw. _smile.gif

maybe we could say "if you enter this contest, you must keep participating until kicked off, or else you are suspended from cb"

threats always work

Maybe there won't be as much pressure if it is ad based instead of modeling based (even though this is a modeling contest). lol Ok, that doesn't sound right.

What I am trying to say (at 4 in the friggin morning, why the heck am I UP?!) is that if it is ad based and photoshopping is allowed, people might be more apt to join and participate.

But if it's createBlog's next top MODEL, then the the modeling aspect (background, styling, actual modeling) should be obvious, IMO.

i think that'll just get people to not participate.
shit happens, people run out of time. why get suspended because of it?

^ Well, I think that it can go unspoken that people need to turn in a picture in order to still be involved. It'd be a bit unfair to the people that actually turned in a photo if a person is allowed to still continue the next round.
