Moving everything on the right side up except the extended network.... Options

I used this code to hide my blog and now there is too much of a gap between my extended network banner and the tables under it(about me, etc..) I would like to move up the other tables on the right(except the extended net.) side about 20px to make the gap smaller.. havin' a hard time findin' anything, thanks
