so i'm 16 (almost 17!) and still no boyfriend, no kiss, no nothing. a lot of my friends have bfs now and i kind of feel out of the loop... at the same time, lots of my friends are in the same boat as me and we're not all freaks (i don't think...
 ) is it normal that i haven't gotten my first kiss yet? am i doomed to be an old spinster with 27 cats? and why do i always fall for the guys who are out of reach!? |

I was 16 when I had my first full on kiss. I also gave him head and then we had sex. So pretty much lost it all in one drunken night. Don't be worried about it not happening, because it will. And hopefully it will be a special moment, and not one of drunken stupidity.

Honestly, you're 16/17, which means you're nearing college applications and it also means you're still young. Therefore, you have plenty of other things to worry about or concentrate on and you have your whole life ahead of you. Just because you didn't get a boyfriend yet doesn't doom the rest of your life to being alone. How come girls just can't take things slow? Why does EVERYBODY having a boyfriend mean you have to have one too? Obviously, you really haven't found someone to connect with. Just take things slow. Trust me, if you rush and grab whatever guy is available to get your first kiss over with just for the sake of being able to say you got your first kiss, you'll regret it. Relax. |

CALM DOWN...It's not the end of the world not kissing a guy. Trust me you are not missing anything special. Just wait for the right guy and again never settle for a random guy for you first kiss. You would know it when it happens and NEVER ask in that moment "Can I kiss you?" just do it if it seems right lol.
Don't have high standers with a really good looking guy. Personality matters more than looks. Plus instead of just hanging with girls and being all shy hang with guys and you will see they are much easier to talk with knowing that they are not bitches and they are just like us, human. |
