I searched this on google and createblog; the google search brought me some stuff, but when I tryed it it didn't work and createblog didn't really have anything.
If there already is a cb thread on it, my bad--could I get the link though?

Why can't you use php on godaddy hosting accounts? Or, is there a way where you can. On the google search is said that it only works on linux, and the fix that was provided doesn't work.
Is there no solution to this problem?

This is seriously breaking my figurative balls. I refuse to go back into using .html sites, the hassle is more than I can bare.

If you are still in search of PHP MySQL/MSSSQL hosting I will like to vote for my host. Please have a look cpanel hosting package at www.webhosting.uk.com, they will provide you 24x7 live support with 99.95% uptime.
You get Fantastico for free with cpanel so that you can install various scripts and blog onto your domain.

Godaddy can be only considered for getting domains surely not for hosting. Also be aware from them for their overselling hosting plans.

You can host PHP files, but I can not remember how. You have to edit your .htaccess files or something like that.

If you are on windows, go into your MyHosting and request a operating system change. I know PHP works on their Linux Boxes, I used to host with them MANY MANY MANY of years ago.
