Neither of those. I shower when I wake up, When I come back from working out, before I leave to go to work, and when I get home from work. Although I am only at work for five hours, being in the nyc subway system for 30 minutes makes me cringe.

My after gym and before work showers are usually the 30 -45 minute range. The other two are 20 minutes each. If I go out on the town I can easily shower facial and what not for at least an hour. I actually have a playlist that plays in the bathroom while I am in the shower so I know how long I am taking. That is called efficency eh!
