HELP PLEASE SOMEONE!!, thank you in advance Options

i can't seem to get one of my links to go past 800px. i've tried everything: checking margin-left, checking height and width, making sure that it's where i want it to be and made sure that the z-index is where it should be of course, it's not working. i have all the nav at the top going across but one of the links that's suppose to go at the end wont show up. it ends up being behind my template and yet the z-index is 6. i've tried everything that i could to readjust it but it won't. i dont know what someone would need to make sure that i did it right but here's the link to see it:
