If I lost anymore weight, I'd fall through my own a-hole.

Nothing inspires me to lose weight, I just like being "fit." I can't stand love handles or to have a pooch in my stomach. I used to dance four times a week and taught a few classes myself, so the "losing weight" aspect was part of the process. Cardio and a well-balanced, healthy diet are key factors to losing weight. And a lot of hydration.

I've never had an issue with my weight, but in order to stay "fit" and toned, I run everyday and play a lot of sports.

What honestly inspires me to keep fit is just... to be fit. I just don't want any love handles or stomach pooches or thunder thighs. laugh.gif

I'm pretty unproportional, so I always feel there's areas to be improved i.e. thighs, abs, etc.

Some people are born to be obese. They can't help it.

What inspires me are my friends. Not that they are stick thin or anything, but I like running with them. & since I don't see some of them during school, sports are the way to go.

I think people working out, merely to lose weight are fooling themselves. People should work out to lose weight and get fit, that way, they live a healthier lifestyle rather than "starving" themsevles in order to fit in certain clothes or look like a celebrity.

I don't really have a problem with my weight but I guess wanting to look fit plays a role in me staying in shape. I also have fitness as a class so I have to work out whether I like it or not.

Nothing inspires me.

I just fear what I'll become if I don't lose weight. I'm considered severely over weight, apparently.

I'm down 23 pounds.
55 more to go. (or maybe more, depends)

Yeah, I feel that people who want to lose weight because of celebs, are very shallow.

Girls, usually.

If there's a girl I like, I think 'You don't want her to see you weighing 150kg, do you?'

That usually motivates me to go for a run and do some excersise.

That's a pretty good motivation. My motivation is simply getting outside and having some fun while I'm at it. thumbsup.gif

Like I said before, my motivation is becoming a firefighter. Besides that, it is to just be healthy overall.

I don't need to lose any weight at all. The most I've ever weighed was 160ish and I think that's because I was comfort eating after my dad died. But, I got mono and lost about 30 pounds.

Now I weigh 125. I guess that healthy for my height shrug.gif

I don't know what inspires me really. I'm not really consistent with loosing weight although I have weight issues often. I guess knowing that I'd be happier after I loose the weight, is my inspiration. I really don't know. pinch.gif

Well me and Josh are starting this work out thing where we have to work out every day or every other, not sure quite yet. And if we don't we get to get all over each other. So I guess I'll probably lose weight through that.

Isn't that going to be hard being that you guys don't live close enough to regularly monitor it?

I definately look up to Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres in Grey's Anatomy. That character is all about confidence and has been embraced by women as an icon. But I also like Nikki Blonsky I think she did a great job in Hairspray and is definately a great person to look up to. I saw a commercial for a movie that she is going to be in this Saturday on Lifetime called "Queen Sized", it looks really good, I'm definately looking forward to watching it.

It doesn't matter how much you weigh, really. Just keep your fat ass in shape. If you're unhappy about your figure, then lace up the Nikes and go running. If you think you're a frail little boy with no chest, go to the gym. Why the f**k would anyone be that consumed by celebrity image that it influences their dietary habits? Shit, f**k that. Get ya mind right.
