Very cool, I like the gears in the background, it's creative. I like the robot theme, but I'm a little worried that the threadless creator of the robot might be a little protective over the image so you might check if you aren't sure..

Otherwise my biggest complaint is the load time. I think it all looks nice despite having an empty space above the "about" section, it just took a long time for the background image to load.

The empty space is for a picture coming soon. and I'll recheck the usability of the threadless stuff.

any suggestions on faster loading time without sacrificing image quality

I would take saving a high-quality PNG over a high quality JPG. Try changing around the settings for PNG-8 format, and if you can't get the colors to look right, compare the size of PNG-24 with the original JPG. 700kb is much higher than what an image size should be for the web.

I'm liking the rollovers, and the colors match too and the animation is just too cool. I think you could have done more with this though, like more could have been added to make it even better.

HOLYSHIT. It's the content rollover code I've been hunting for for freaking ages. Oh dear ..

Please leave it on for a while. I wanna study your code later, when it's not 2:47 am.

Anyways, I do like it in a few ways. Although it does look a bit awkward with many gaps and empty spaces at random parts of the layout, color choice and image quality is very nice. Creative rollovers, too. ;]

I would change the font used to maybe something more technology-themed. Otherwise, very nice!

Damn that's freaking amazing, how did you get the thing to change from bio to interests and so on? I've also been looking for that code. i have a hell of a lot of free time. Think you could slide that code my way? eyebrowes.gif

I like it, very creative.

I was looking through your code, have you considered defining a:visited for bio, interests, music and layouts?

This way the content can be viewed without the user having to leave the cursor over each title.

This is actually my first time back here in quite a while and I'm pretty rusty but could you not just add a dummy link with href="#" on each title? I think this can force the browser to scan back to the top of the page but I can't see that being a problem on a myspace profile ;)

Good work anyway, can't really fault it, other than the tunes or lack thereof.

I had tried to do something along those lines but inside of myspace, image css link properties become a real pain. (I can't even get a small part to align the same in all browsers. look at the layout tab in IE or Safari and it's misaligned but in FF it's fine)

as for the href="#" it'll send you to myspace.com/# not myspace.com/yoururl#

and i'm working on the music.

It's a great layout, I like the colors a lot and the robot is neat. I also love the rotating gear. Only thing I don't like is that it is really spread out, like under the navigation and such, it just looks kind of odd. Other than that, nice job.
