How do I make this border?, To go around my display name, About me, and Who I'd like to meet. Options

Anyways-- What I want is:

The bar in the middle of the "Extended Network" box,
[in the first 2 links] only thicker and in light grey-- #777777, to be exact.

And the border around my display name, ABOUT ME and "WHO I'D LIKE TO MEET.
[I like the display name in the 3rd link and the bars for everything else in either the 2nd or 4th]

But, yes. I tried to figure out the code for it myself, but I don't know what it's called, so I was basically fishing in the dark.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
