Got a fluttering of the heart feeling like butterflies in your stomach when your girl/boy[friend] called you "babe," or said goodbye? I was just talking to my boyfriend earlier, and when he said "Bye, babe," it happened. Now, I know I'm not in love with him because it's only been two and a half weeks, but.. It's never happened to me out of all the numerous relationships I've had before him. And, even in my few longest relationships, it never happened.

It felt so weird. Like, my heart was crying for him to stay. I don't know if it was just my heart beating weird, or if it really is what I think it is. But, it's... undescribable.

Well stuff like that is supposed to be like that. You can't put those feelings in words. That's just something only you know, Unless the person is in the same position as you.

That feeling will disappear in due time; don't get too fond of it.

/nod. It can last a couple months, or even 6 months, but eventually it goes away and you become so accustomed to having him/her around that you don't get that feeling anymore. That's to be expected, though.

It's okay, haha I still get it too. It's only been a year and about 3 months for me though. But yeah, it definitely isn't as often, but it still happens. happy.gif

Couples can still be happy even after that initial rush of being in a relationship fades away.

_smile.gif Yeah, I know that feeling. I guess you don't really need to be in love to feel it. Its an unexplainable feeling.

My fiance and I have lived together for 2 years, so that feeling doesn't happen very often. It still happens from time to time, especially if we are both working opposite schedules and we have that one night to ourselves. GOD, I love that night.

Reading mush makes me feel sick too - I'm not denying that I still get those sort of thrills whenever I see my beau (two years this year!) but trying to tell other people about it = mush fest sick.gif

I get that feeling when we are alone with each other. She has this way of looking at me, that just makes me curl up inside because I don't know what to do. I am always nervous around her, but when we are alone, is when I am most uneasy.
