I've checked at this website, http://www.idesignforyou.com/sunrays.php, but the thing is this one is for photoshop. I wanna learn how to make it in paintshop, but I'm not looking for the brushes... PLease help!

I'm trying to find one like this website
http://www.myspace.com/ilvthedj I've seen a tutorial before that says it involves opening the pattern into paintshop.. the thing is it was a myspace page and it was deleted! |

I found one for the using the sun-ray effect on letters. I guess you could tweak it and use in on the whole background instead of on letters.
