I never watch that show so this is the first time I've heard about it. You can always Google it.

It only "works" if you crushed the strawberries and mixed it with water and baking powder. My teeth are white enough, so I doubt I'll ever try this method out.

Lol, wow, I never heard of that. I've used the white strips before. My method must be boring.

It sounds like it'll make your teeth more red than whiter. _unsure.gif But what do I know? I don't have any strawberries.

I heard that if you bite hard into an apple for a couple seconds every days, it whitens your teeth...supposedly.

^ Hmm, I eat a lot of apples and my teeth aren't white. Sometime your teeth get a gross feeling after you eat and apple, though. Bananas too, esspecially if they still have a lot of green to them.

I think that strawberry thing takes too much effort, and it probably tastes nasty with the baking powder.

i'll stick with the strips.

Correct. I read about natural remedies all of the time so I have read about this. Also, to add another important note, you must brush your teeth after you do it otherwise the strawberry can damage your enamel.

Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide is also a method that is common. It'd probably taste a bit less appetizing than the strawberries, but eh, you're not really supposed to taste too much of it, hah.

Yeah I heard that too I think it works I tried it and it seemed to work but it might have been that I changed the toothpaste that I use. As for the whole strawberry thing I never heard if that before but you never know what works until you try it right.

I tried it for a while but I didn't really see the difference. Plus my parents flipped out because keep eating bucketful of strawberries.

I think it would be just easier to use the strips.

While the strips and otc products are easier, the natural products may be desirable simply because they are natural. Some of the ingredients in certain otc products can do damage to your teeth if you don't use them properly-which is what you'd deserve, but eh still. If you are looking to whiten your teeth and do you use otc products it'd be in your best interest to NOT drink dark beverages during your use. I know that sounds practical but I mean even a can of soda after you are done with that particular strip, treatment, etc. With these products your teeth are a lot more susceptible to staining. Besides those beverages aren't good for your teeth anyway.

Cool people already have white teeth. _smile.gif

Or you could use the whitening strips instead of wasting valuable strawberries for their oh-so delicious taste. laugh.gif
