I Not Too Sure About This Tho But I Think That That Requires A Script or Php, Which myspace doesn't allowed...

The only codes I've seen so far use Javascript or Dynamic CSS whereby you upload images to a folder to generate a random image from a list. I don't think this is possible unless you find a site with pre-hosted pictures and a script to use for free.
