The colors are pretty, but boy is this thing DARK. You did a wonderful job blending. I think that the combination of x's and the diamond is a little over the top and you might consider moving "Wendy 07" somwhere else, maybe the bottom right corner or something. There's just too much going on near her name. I love the font choice for "LIFE IN NEON".

While there are interesting concepts in the image, the collage of Britney is far too dull against the neon pink blotch. It looks a little awkward to me.

I really like this :)
The Life In Neon font is awesome, and I almost didn't notice the "I'm Miss American Dream since I was 17" bit :P But I agree, you should move your Wendy 07 copyright to somewhere else - makes the heading look a bit too cluttered |
