I need help with a layout Options

So I thought I was pretty good with the whole html thing.
I can figure out how to do everything except getting the messages,add,blog, pictures, all that to work I know that you are supposed to replace all the xxx's with your friend id and I did that here is the code will you please help me.

Whenever you save a code to your Myspace profile, it will convert your links into MSlinks - that is, gibberish. Myspace does this to help stop phishers and spammers and the like.

What you need to do here is go back to the original code and copy/paste it into Notepad. Then you can edit your friend ID into where the designer has specified before copying it over to your Myspace.
