i am holding a sweet 16 (parteh) for my sister saturday. I am really into the whole disco scene so thats the theme of the (parteh). My boyfriend and i are organizing it, and we're paying for it outta our own pockets.
problem is. i hate parties. i hate all that crap. i didnt even have a sweet 16.... so i have no idea how to come about with this. i dont know how to organize the shedule and the growing shopping list. and we are also going to have party games... but make it games we played when we were 6 back in the goood ol' 90's. but with a teenage twist. anyway.... if anyone could spare a moment.... hElP please |

Well..you have to decide where it's going to take place. Depending on your invites, are you going to rent a ballroom? Or a clubhouse of some sort? Or the traditional house party? Well, if you are going to rent a place to party, make sure you get it reserved. Don't take a "maybe" or a "possibly" or else it might ruin your whole plan!
Plus, since you have a theme, you should plan food and decor and invitation cards accordingly to the theme, I guess? Make sure to have music, maybe a couple songs that go along with your theme. If your whole selection are disco songs..please don't (IMO). Yep. So good luck. I'll come back if I have anymore ideas. |
