Scrollbar in mozilla, It doesn't look the way I want Options

Okay, so I use Mozilla instead of Internet Explorer since Mozilla is faster. But when I fix up my page, for a div layout, i set up the whole scrollbar color and everything. But it still comes out like this:


However, in Internet explorer, it comes out the way I want it to.
Is there a way to fix the code so that it would work in Mozilla?
Sorry if it's bothersome, It just really annoys me. haha
