Heyy all,
how are you doing?
yaaaaay this is my first topic i hope you all read it,
O.k here we go, i have lots of information, so let’s share mine and yours together and discuss it..

first i wanna introduce myself and tell you about my story..
im Rawan, 16 y/o and i’ll be 17 in 2 days (but im not happy with it!)
’cause i’m ony 5’3 (157cm)
- my morning hieght is 159cm
i really find it too short, i started realizing that when i was 14 y/o that means it’s been 2 years since im looking for sumthin 2 increase my hieght, but for my bad luck i just found out about Streching, although last summer i tried it for 1 month but didn’t have any results so i gave up!

i remember once when i was 14 (at 9th grade) my friend made fun of me ’cause im short, i was 152cm when i came back home and measured, and it was my first time measuring myself..
didn’t do much about it but after a month a measured again and it was 156cm so i grew 4cm !! i was pretty happy with it.. (maybe because i was eating lots of peanut butter and jam sandwiches, i read once jam makes u grow faster)..
anyway.. i still wasn’t satisfied with that hieght so i started looking on the net but didn’t find anything ..
but when i became 16 i really couldn’t take it being that short!
so i measured again and i think i grew 1 cm at 15 y/o.. (157cm)
i asked too many people about it:
-my father said: eat peanut butter..
-my friends n sis saied: play basketball..
-my aunt said: jump alot (she was also sad about her hieght, so we shared the same problem, but finally she gave up!)
my uncle said: dont get overweight..
my grand ma said: dont bend ur legs when u sleep, and you’re too young to think about it!..

finally my mother said:
your growth is very slow just wait..
and what i almost believed is my mother coz you wouldn’t belive if i told you that my teeth hasn’t grown yet!!..
when i was at the 6th grade i took off 6 teeth, and usually the tooth grows in 1 month (or 1 year for 6 teeth !!)
but ITS BEEN 6 YEARS AND THEY HAVENT GROWN YET (only 4 or 3 of them after the operation in 6 months i think)..
so now im at my final year and imagine that i will graduate without teeth!!

but last year when my young cousins started growing one of them was drinking milk ALOT (maybe 5 or 6 glasses a day) .. so i started drinking milk and guess what?????
1 of my teeth has grown but a bit slowly, that means as far as i know that my mother was right, and im growing at a very slow rate,
so i wanna ask could this mean that i haven’t dont growing yet since my teeth has just grown last year??

*also last summer i noticed that if i get a good night sleep my full hieght gets to 159cm and during the day its 158cm ..
but after skool started it comes back down to 157.5 cm when i come back home .. (i hate skool!!!:mad: )

what i found of ways to get tller on the web is too many here are some of them:
1) a guy said my grand ma told me to put heavy wieght on my big toe and it worked!!
2)another said i walk backwards then i streach and it worked..
3) and sum1 said eat 2 cans of green beans everyday for 2 months and see what happenes!
4)finally i looked at Arabic forums and i read about a guy who had a very successful story by following a simple routine he grew 4 cm in 4 monthes, thats why ive been trying to contact him now.. he said he played basketball for an hour everyday ..


now i want you to give me your opinion about all of this..
and sorry if i got you bored..
please hurry i feel like its gonna be late for growing im gonna be 17 in 2 days

hmmm i don't know. i went from like 5'7 to 6'3 in a fairly short amount of time in high school. i played basketball, ate chicken, and put my right shoe on first, so maybe u should try that.

People tend to be taller in the morning than they are in the afternoon or at night, because of how their spinal vertebrae align. It's not going to school that makes you short. And it sounds like you want us to give you tips on how to grow significantly taller in just two days -- hate to break it to you, but that's not possible.

i know but my evening hieght in summer was 158cm
and after school started it became 157cm you know coz we spend alot of time sitting on chair tryin’ to have a good posture, also we get more tierd..
and i didn’t say i wanna grow in 2 days coz i know thats imposible, but just wanted to let you know that im getting older but not getting taller !! ..
and by the way i’m not a short guy ..

my growth spurt was in high school
i stopped growing at 6'3
i played basketball most out of any sport. i did other things like skateboarding and football and what not in my free time.

i don't think there's really anything u can do to make u grow more/faster

i think it's more likely that they grew, and they just happened to play basketball. people have growth spurts all the time and don't play basketball

Some people are tall some are not. If I were you, you should just accept the fact that you're short. Its not so bad (well atleast I know short people and they seem to love their height).

Either that or start eating chicken and putting on your right foot first. You might want to check with JC and make sure you're eating the right kind of chicken.
