How do I blend images together using Photofiltre? Can I even do it? Please help!

Umm, thanks, but that's not really what I had in mind. See, I really want to know if I can make a blend that looks like the third blend down - on the left on this site: [click here] (using photofiltre.) PLEASE help!

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the program. I thought that they might've had something in their support forum or something. Just hold tight and someone who knows how to do what you're wanting to achive should post.
