What's something that always helps you get to sleep? Or Sleepy rather..


I'm so awake, but I just want to fall asleep and wake up around 10 tomorrow. Days are going by so slowwwww. So I don't know what to do, I usually surf the web but its not making me tired currently pinch.gif


Oh I searched...the first page of my search..didn't see anything shrug.gif

Yea, can't have sex right now. Uhm talking on the phone..I already did and I got really sleepy but I had to get up to tell my sister to wake me up and I woke up completely sad.gif


That Tylenol PM might just work.

why would that be mean? just because math bores you and makes you fall asleep doesn't make it "mean."

^ Haha! I'm supposed to love Math cause I'm taking up Engineering.. but matrices just make me go wacko.gif

I just feel a bit guilty cause I'm kind of insulting the subject that my prof seems to be very fond of.. or maybe I'm just weird? pinch.gif

^I use to listen to classical music, but now I can't listen to any music or I'll just sit there and hum to it or something pinch.gif

sometimes it is so annoying because a high pitch sound will make me up and ruin the whole thing stubborn.gif
makes me so angry.

haha, I can just hear that in my head happening. I always have to find the perfect volume with the music I use to listen too, because it would get really really loud at one point and I would get up and turn it down mellow.gif

I can't drink..I don't drink..

same here. i took a nap earlier today so me going to sleep early/normal time is done for

I have a coffee/hot chocolate.. coffee is supposed to keep you alert for a short period, but it makes me just.. doze off.. really fast blink.gif

Or I just lay there.. and fall asleep a few hours later pinch.gif

^Oh man, coffee makes me so sleepy. I think its because I drunk so much of it as a kid. shrug.gif But now I just have this caffeine problem and it makes my tummy hurt all day pinch.gif

lol, Mike. Eating makes your stomach end up working while your sleeping so it can digest the food properly...which in the end means your not getting the best sleep possible wink.gif

Iono but when I go to sleep it can't be quiet. I usually listen to music, rock music, as I'm going to sleep. If it's completely quiet, I start thinking and wonder why the f**k it's so quiet.

Try reading the first chapter of Pride and Prejudice.

I woke up on top on this book, having fallen sound asleep, the last time I attempted to read it...it's capable of sending you into the most fantastic stupors.
