So I guess my Carpal tunnel got worse that I have to have it operated on and shit.
And IM REALLY SHIT SCARED.

My hands are SO important to me..I mean yeah duh you need them but for me i cook with them and its like I'm terrified that something bad might happen where i may never be able to cook again or something.

I never have had anything surgery wise done before.Ive been burned Ive gotten stitches.

So to make this topic valid
Have you ever gotten surgery before?

I've never had any, but I know people that have and I have taken care of them.

It's not too bad, and the doctors know what they are doing. It's normal to be scared. The only thing I would advise you to do is to take the painkillers they give you EXACTLY as prescribed.
They are very addictive _dry.gif

I've had surgery when I was younger, but nothing that I remember too much detail about, haha. I had very very very minor surgery over summer for melanoma. Before that it was since grade school, when I had surgery on my mouth.

I've never had surgery before. I'm sorry your carpal tunnel got so serious. I'll pray the surgery goes well. When is it?

Piano, flute, typing. I have horrible "arm posture". Especially when I'm playing the flute, my right wrist tends to bend backwards and it LOOKS extremely uncomfortable but to be honest it's just how my hand naturally sits on the instrument. I'm working hard to correct it, because the last thing I want is wrist problems, and after I've been doing it for a while it starts to hurt really bad. >.<

^That happened to me, and my wrist hurts all the time it seems. I get these sharp pains in my arms as well. I have to wear a wrist brace when ever it gets to bad..

But anyway my dad always tells me I'm going to carpal tunnel. But I never go to a doctor so I would know shrug.gif but anyway I've never had a surgery, sorry I can't help you there, but you will be perfectly fine flowers.gif They do this stuff all the time and it shouldn't be any different for you _smile.gif

Pah cysts suck. I have a cyst behind my right ear the size of a dime. And I have one on each ankle too. pinch.gif But I'm really hesitant to have them taken out because I really like being mobile. Haha.

So, I've never really had any surgeries unless you count my being circumsized when I was a wee 'lil lad.

My wrists make such a weird sound when I crack them. I crack them because they feel tense. I hope that's not a symptom. Anyway, hope the surgery goes well!

I think was close to getting surgery done when I was a toddler.

It can be a symptom?
