mm just be his friends first, and talk to him more and more, make sure to look in his eyes and smile alot, give him nice compliments, like " wow nice shirt!" or " you have pretty eyes!" or something like that, and as you guys talk alot with each other and became close... you'll see what will happen *n.n*

what always works for me is the "shy and innocent" act (well for me it's NOT an act...). just look at him and if he looks at you give him a sweet smile then quickly look away and giggle. it's surprising how often it works for me...
