Personally .. I think guys with spiked hair is so .. TYPICAL .. in a BAD WAY!! I mean, it's like they're trying to be all .. cool with that hair!! _dry.gif Ehh, but that's just me .. i'm picky about things _smile.gif .. my ex used to have hair that ..er .. it was parted in the middle and hung down on both sides if you get what i mean .. then he followed the trend and spiked it and it looked so TYPICAl and UGLY!! >:[ .. okay i'm done venting biggrin.gif

yeah, the spiked hair was like last year or something. its not as common now, but when it was popular, it was soo annoying.

The whole spiked hair thing is so overdone. I'm glad is sort of fading down though. Although all the guys around here have that wet-looking fro type of thing going on now. I'm definitely not into that at all.

My boyfriend doesn't do anything with his hair. It just kinda .. sticks up. He only uses stuff in it when I tell him to do so, but he doesn't even need it.

Uh, the guys at my school don't gel or spike their hair. They just pretend it's "water" whenever they do. Haha, they're so lame. But I know what you mean- it's really annoying when guys are all clones of eachother... xP

i do'nt mind spiked hair, a lot of aznz do it, because asian guys' hair is like naturally grows like that, they just got to add a bit of gel or wax....personally i agree with LiNHy POO, i love that shaggy hair kind of look, oh and the 'fob' look, the bedhead-ish spikes done with wax, not gel

Spiked hair is still somewhat cute, but it was last year's trend.
This year, here at least, it's all about shaggy/long hair.
Personally, I like the new style a lot more.

Hey! I have spiky hair! I think it works for me. I'm sorry I don't have a curling iron or blow dryer in my dresser drawer. I don't like to spend an hour in front of the mirror tryin' to fix my hair. I find it much more convenient to slap on some gel on my head and be the hell on my way.

well, not ALL boys do that. i'm asian and i'm sick of asian boys doing that. they seem so typical like that. you can also expect them to play handball, have that stupid chain, and only like asian girls. they're so predictable. they fall right into the asian boy sterotype. so, personally, i go for caucasian guys _smile.gif hehe they have beautiful soft curls with no gel and you can run your hands through it... oo0ohhh...

Well, not really typical. Some guys do look good in spikied up hair. I have my hair spiked since forever. And people told me that I look good with my hair spiked, and that it fits my face. So I guess it varies.

I dont think spiked hair looks bad, really. You're right, it does get a bit boring cause almost every Asian guy has the same hairstyle, but it's like an age-group kind of thing. I think older guys like the shaved hairstyle and the younger guys like the spiked. Eh. rolleyes.gif

hey spiked hair is fine. if it lOoks gOod on the guy then it lOoks gOod. who cares if it lOoks gOod on a majority of the guys .. they probably feel safe with how it lOoks so they don`t change it while some may want to be different or may want to try something new. But i`m fine with spikey hair.

well i guess yall go to a different skool... lol all tha boys at mai skool still have spiky hair... yah irs true. hmm... but personally, i kinda like spiky hair! w00t.gif

It's like this. It's a haircut.

There's nothing more to it. Guys don't care about any more than that simple statement.

Besides, complaining about a guy spiking his hair is a lot like complaining about a woman wearing her hair in pigtails, or in braids. Difference is guys still don't care, and pigtails are sexy. ; )

it depends on how the guy looks i guess. cause some guys look good with spiky hair some dont. personally im digging the guys with shaggy hair right now, but im not turning my back on the cute spiky haired guys! biggrin.gif

well now its mostly the asians how spiked their hair

like some guys have their hair up, but its more unique
i look for guys whose hair is less chliche

plus i think i have a thing for guys with curly hair

not too many of my guy friends spike their hair, most wear it really natural and a couple of them look pretty hot with the whole 'natural-shag' type look :) but there is a guy that works with me with spiked hair and he's damn hot so yea...the spiked hair is okay for me :P
