Was Yesterday but did anyone actually celebrate it?

My good for nothing bitch ass fiance forgot and then when I brought it up hes like "Its not a real holiday its a hallmark holiday..I don't celebrate fake things"

NO YOU f**kER WHAT YOU MEAN TO SAY TO ME IS THAT YOU ARE TOO MUCH OF A CHEAP f**k TO TAKE ME TO DINNER AND GIVE ME FLOWERS AND SHOWER ME IN ATTENTION FOR A WHOLE DAY BECAUSE THAT SEEMS TO BE TO HARD TO ASK OF YOU.

Yesterday? Hmm. I think I let Michelle drink some of my drink and I made mac n cheese while she was at my house. Also I lit a firework at a coffee shop. Bout the extent of what I did yesterday. I don't know how the firework relates to being sweet, but it was way loud so it was cool.

I had never even heard of Sweetest Day... With your rant I figured it was an anniversary or something that he forgot..

shrug.gif Never heard of it, but after looking over the wikipedia link no wonder. I live a little to far down to ever have heard of it. It doesn't seem like a real holiday or anything so I wouldn't celebrate it either

I actually did buy candy yesterday. But I didn't know it was a 'holiday', I've never heard of sweetest day, and I definitely have never celebrated it.

My honey wrote me a song.
It was beautiful.

I told him when sweetest day was, and made sure he knew what I wanted. That way he had no excuse to not do something sweet.

I got both our mothers necklaces though. I love them.

my dude celebrated it unintentionally apparently? hahaha.. i'm pretty sure neither of us have even heard of it.

basically we went to region auditions, practiced music like a crazy mofo, and i was going to take him out to a restaurant, but it was ridiculously full.. and so was the next one, so he decided to be spontaneous by surprising me and taking me to a hibachi bar :D

it was one of those places that pretty much no one knows about, but was insanely ... modern-mansion-like on the inside, so we had all the sofas and pillows and throws and everythingg to ourselves. it was so nice :)

the chefs had this obsession with fire... they made volcanoes out of sliced onions and juggled knives and set the tables on fire and it was just like OMFG.
and then after it was late and we just parked in random neighborhood and wandered and counted stars and sat on top of the car talking about absolutely nothing and it was just a pretty great night victory.gif

it's mostly northeast?
texas is northeast enough... /mumble

I still dread valentines day. sad.gif But oh yeah I'm fine during Christmas. I don't get why people get all moody then, it's not THAT bad being single during the holidays. Or maybe that's just a anime thing. mellow.gif
