does anybody know how you can tell if you're washing your face too much or not enough? i realized after a change in my cleansing process that i was cleaning too much. the process i was using was working great, then in september acne started coming back so i changed my routine AGAIN and nothing's working...any suggestions? =/
[[edit-forgot something]] also, my face is really really unnaturally pale in the morning, when it's KIND of originally tan, and i notice by the time i get home, it's normal-toned and such... |

You can overcleanse your face. Not everything on your face is bad. What is your current routine?

Hmm...I don't think you should overwash your face. You need to keep SOME of that natural oil. I think you should buy Clean and Clear's morning burst orange citrus facial wash. It cleans your face and clears your pores and it'll reduce the acne. That's something that you can use every day.
