I'm not sure if there was supposed to be something in the table background but everything is just black for me? Maybe I didn't wait enough time for everything to load?

To change all the table colors you can use this:
http://www.createblog.com/scripts/script.php?id=914

and to change each one separately use this:
CODE
<style type="text/css"> table, td {background-color:transparent; border:none; border-width:0;}
table table table {border: 1px solid; border-color:000; padding:0; background-color:LEFT;}
table tbody td table tbody tr td.text table{background-color:RIGHT;} table table{border:0px;}
table table table table{border:0px;}
</STYLE>

Change the left to change the color of the left tables and right for the right tables.

Basically, the tables have a background image (and should have no background color) which is a GIF with transparency. Using Photoshop or something, you would need to draw a checkerboard, alternating between a black pixel and a transparent pixel. Then just upload and set that as the tables' background pic.
