Um... guys are still supposed to be able to feel even if they're wearing a condom. It may be less pleasurable, but it's definitely more safe than having unprotected sex. If he really thinks that it degrades the quality of sex or something (and if he has a small dick), tell him to get the extra thin ones (euphemism for extra small cock condoms). |

Go to a health clinic. Normally you can get like 10 good quality ones for like a dollar. They're cheap but that's cause its a health clinic but they work because it's a health clinic haha. & the guy should be able to feel something fosho.
