Myspace Graphics, PS & PSP Options

I don't know if this has been asked before, but I wanted to know how to make myspace glitter graphics; like the kind with the words looking like glass text that's been double stroked and has has hearts, etc. I've tried to find tutorials on it, but have not really found anything. Also, I wanted to know how would I code it to put on a page say like my fan club fan page for people to use on myspace. Any help is greatly appreciated. Okay, here's what I was trying to explain:

You need to download, PHOTOSHOP OR PSP.

Find some glitter fills or make your own.

then you have to use the glitter as a pattern

and put it on the spot you want it

then download animation shop3

and set a time frame for it.

Just make sure you search

While those just apply to text, the same concepts can be used on different shapes, like hearts, etc.
