Ok.. well.. i am having like something weird bout my stomache.. ive been tryin to get abbs.. but yea..
| | <<-- My body ) <<-- My stomache | | thats how it looks like for some reason.. i think it because i wear tight boxerz.. n all the fat is up.. ive been tyrin to get abbs.. but the thing wont go away!! lolz.. i dont noe wut its called.. but i think its called a pooch.. i was watchin t.v.. about being fit.. and these girls were talkin bout pooches after they were pregnant.. i think im having that kind of problem.. and im a guy!!! stoopid boxers.. lolz...sometimes i wear belts when i wear pants.. thats probably the problem...does anybody noe how to get rid of it..? Need help.... |

yea.. ive been losign weight.. but nothing is happening.. its just like straight down.. then curves.. then straight down..

i had that problem a while ago, even though this sounds weird, u gotta do yoga or pilates lol...those take out the boldge in ur lower abs, do u drink beer? or wear tighty whities or tight pants?they create the little buldge too. and are u doing enough lower ab exercises? like reverse crunches and air bicycles etc.....

that is just genetic fat...i read a story in a mag. and this girl had the same problem....so she went to the doctor & he told her it was genetic fat & the only way to get rid of it would be lyposuction....but dont even consider it cuz she died & millions of ppl have 2...so just dont worry about it!

juss work at it... im doin bout 800 situps a day to keep in shape... usher does 1000+ a day split into sessions.... its crz but it works espec since lotsa grls like dat stuff... also juss doin situps will not burn fat... u gotta run a bit for 20 mins at least a day

just keep doing it i do situps everyday but i dunt have a 6pak my stomaches just falt...yay i guess....my last bf had a 6 pak 4rm doing notin...idk how he got it...
