I have been working on a new layout for my website and myspace page. I'm not exactly sure how i feel about it. Sometimes i like it sometimes i don't. Just wanted some feedback.

I love it too, especially the bottom. You've probably just been looking at it for too long if you're starting to dislike it. Did you create the drawings yourself? They look very good.

Everything on here is mine except for the paper with the paper clip and I'm not sure were the wood background came from. The flowers and the water splash are watercolor, the artwork in the header i did in ninth grade(5 yrs ago). XD

Nah; it's a lot of stuff but not necessarily crowded. It looks good! It sucks that your artwork is uploaded to MySpace. Do you have a deviantART account?
