I GET ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ONE! D: It's crazy... When I first started a while ago, I never got any, but then as time went on... I first got mood swings, then boob pain, then headaches... and they all just came! :[


I need birth control that gives me 4 periods a year.

I almost always get some acne nowadays, but it's usually pretty minor. My breasts sometimes feel more tender. And I think I tend to get paranoid about things more easily when I have PMS.

My symptoms vary each time. My boobs never used to get tender, but recently they've started too. This one time I got a migrane that lasted about 5 days. THAT was a pain.

i get tired. not just sleepy but my body gets so tired. and i usually get horrible cramps the first day. i don't really get moody unless i have a combination of cramps and hunger and the people around me are making noise. if i can barely handle this, i don't know how i'm gonna handle child birth.

i tend to get really tired and sleepy and i go into bitch mode. seriously though. I feel bad for my boyfriend at times cause i get out of control sometimes. lol. but yeah i get it bad like i get fevers that last days and i get bloating and have fatigue and REALLY bad cramps. it sucks so bad. I sometimes get really bad migraines. too

I thought about doing the birth control thing..but i have this feeling my dad would think it was for another purpose no matter how many times i would tell him it was for my period.

I get a major cramp a week before my period, and a few while Im on my period. My boobs ache a few days before I get it. I usually get a pimple the day before I start. I have mood swings, but I swear Im bipolar.

I had a concussion, so I probably have period related headaches.

BUT my boobs do get tender and my head goes crazy with the aching RIGHT before I start cramping. It sucks. I've thought about doing birth control too, but when I mentioned it to my mom she was all weird.

acne for me is like one inconspicuous zit or something though, lol. and it usually doesn't happen anyway..

Hah. I remember one time I was being moody and started somewhat crying and my boyfriend was all "what wrong?! why're you crying??" and im just like " i dunnooo"

A few days before, I get snappy and defensive (so I'm told)
And the day before, I get really bad stomach cramps.
The cramps go away and come back straight after my period's finished.

It sucks, but in a way I feel lucky, like I'm alerted to be prepared.

Actually, I'm not really sure. My periods can be irregular sometimes so I don't really keep track of my 'symptoms' or anything. I might get slight bloating though.

that major cramp sounds like mittelschmirz pain.... mittelschmirz means "middle of cycle" and it is the pain you feel when you ovulate... it is generally lowe abdomen, near the top of your hips, and may switch sides from time to time.... caused my the egg breaking loose from the follicle.... either get birth control that stops ovulation, or take some advil.... cramps when on your period are caused by prostaglandin, the hormone that is responsible for uterine contractions... taking an NSAID like ibuprofen or naproxen (tylenol doesn't work) blocks some of the prodction of prostaglandin (so cramps aren't as bad, but your cycle will be a bit longer)..... birth control works to limit cramps and makes your cycle shorter by not allowing the endometrium (the lining of the uterus that your body is expelling) to grow as thick as it normally would, to prevent a fertilized egg from latching on (part of how the birth control side works)so your flow will be lighter and shorter.... PM me if you need any more information.... though i am a guy, i know my stuff (my gf gets painful periods so i researched why and i do really thorough research)

i use to get the cramps that would make me sick... then i started birth control which made some of them go away... then a week before my period id get really moody and everything.... and now i have yaz birth control and i have to wait and see how it works!!! birth control works really good to get rid of some of the ones on the list!

i overreact to EVERYTHING! and normally i'm either really super happy and hyper or really depressed and tired..and its to the extreme...not in the middle

sometimes i get headaches, sometimes my boobs are real tender, i always get one or two big ass pimples on my face. my stomache sometimes hurts like a BITCH.

but yeah, it sucks

A couple months ago I started crying and was even more moody than usual a week before my period. I've always have really bad pains in my calves and my inner thighs during my period too. I also have been taking birth control since I was 16 because my periods were sooo heavy and they weren't regular.

I get SEVERE cramps. One time I got them so bad I thought I was going to die and I had to go to the hospital all because we didn't have anymore Ibuprofen.
