I'm overweight. Most of the time it is heredity and people cannot help issues like their weight. Directed towards lazy people, like Mike stated, would have been more suitable. People try and maintain heathly lifestyles but it just doesn't work for 100% of the world today.

One thing I hate is when fat parents create fat kids. The kids can't help it, they eat what the parents eat. My friend and I were just talking about this. It's really sad. I think schools should make gym class more challenging & be a requirement every school year(I don't know about ya'll, but my high school only required 1 year of gym). Nutrition classes should be like, a requirement. Healthier food choices wouldn't hurt.
As for fat people being slaughtered, that's kind of harsh. Chill the f*ck out ya'll.
