This weekend 4 of us got a tattoo to remember one of our very good friends who passed on at the end of July. It was my first tattoo and I'm glad I got it. I never pictured myself getting any, but after all these empty days without him here with us changed my mind. I wanted to have him be apart of me. He's here with me. Forever.

Thats really sweet. _smile.gif What did you make it a design of? I always wanted to do that if it were ever to happen in the future, God forbid. But rest in peace and I'm sure they'll definately be with you wherever you go.

That's really sweet. I've had many friends pass away in the past, and the obvious reason I haven't been inked is because I'm not 18 yet. I'd really like to get a tattoo to memorialize my grandfather. He was truly the only man that I've ever loved (and I don't mean that in a gross way *rollseyes*)

Losing family is hard. But they are always still there with you. :) The joy of memories!

My upper right arm. It hurt way less than I thought it would!
