learn to cook. that or learn to appreciate whatever you have; childern are starving all around the world.

and stop depending on your parents for everything. you're 15 right? you should be old enough to be somewhat independent. don't expect your mom to spoon feed you for the rest of your life

1) My parents won't let me job cuz I'm in High School. (Which is not a fair reason)

2) Even though they let me, I can't get a job anyways. Not all job places accept your applications. Plus, my parents say it's hard to get hired. Shit, I ain't even graduate high school yet .. when you apply for jobs you gotta hand in your grades and shit, i ain't doing that junk .. what are you talking about ..

If your parents kicked you out of the house, would you learn to cook? HOW f**kING IGNORANT CAN YOU GET. you have obviously been spoiled and have no shred of gratitude and appreciation for what you have.

You're totally old enough to take care of yourself. If you'd really rather be arrogant and lazy go ahead and starve, but don't complain about it because no one will buy you crappy food that you just have to take out of the bag.

ey man i'm 15, i don't have to cook. nor i don't know how. like i said, what kind of 15 year olds dudes cook. i'm still in the house and I live with the fam, duh!!! and if i'm still taken care by my family and under their umbrella (as in live with them), why would i need to take care of myself with food? (except for when i'm at the mall with people or some shit) i mean if there were at least chips and portable pudding, that'd be simple .. i could just grab n eat .. but i'm talking about MEALS here .. my house don't even got small bags of doritos ..

so if you're freeloading off your parents, THEN DON'T f**kING COMPLAIN. I can't believe you have the guts to sit here and say your life sucks because your parents are out working to make money to raise you and have no time to keep the pantry stocked. it blows me away how useless your existence is.

no i don't dig; if all my mom could put on the table was some f**king dirt, I'd eat it and be grateful for it.

If you have the nerves to complain, then you can get your ass up out of your chair to TAKE A BUS OR f**kING WALK to a grocery store and buy food to cook.

your solution is so easy; you're just too lazy to do anything about it. i wish you good luck with your life, cause you'll definitely be needing it.

You don't wanna walk, then don't f**king complain.

I wouldn't be surprised if you'd be willing to crawl 30 miles to a 50 cent concert though.

What does it matter how old you are? I'm sure there are a bunch of kids younger than you that are able to cook. If you were that hungry then you'd figure out a way for food. If your mom buys food you don't like, you can tell her what you want instead of sitting here complaining about how hungry you get.

That still doesn't matter. You're 15. Your ass shoulda learned how to cook by now. Maybe if you don't spend so much time shopping for shit and complaining on cb about how you don't know how to cook maybe your mother will teach you how. You need to stop making up lame ass excuses. Get up off your ass and learn.

why bother post a topic about your personal issues if you're just gonna shut down all advice given or just give lame excuses as to why it can't be or why you won't do something. I mean common, you're not fooling anyone.

How do you get a job? You get off your seat and go out and look for one. You make it seem a whole lot harder than it really is. You say you want a job, but you don't even know how. mellow.gif

you just have to hand in your Application and working papers ARE required in most places.

It's not like you're planning on applying at any major corporation...no need to 'prepare+manage'.

Go up and ask the school..but wait, you're only 15. You shouldn't stress yourself to get a job cause 15 year old dudes don't do that. 15 year old dudes don't get jobs, that's just not cool. They rely on their moms.

I see the sarcasm or irony or whatever the heck it is coming from what you just said, but it's actually true when u think about it. 15 year olds shouldn't get jobs. they should be more focused towards school work and since sophomore year is a very important year to set goals for your future (asian parents understand this) they should concentrate on doing well academically and contributing to the school to get credits instead of trying to get a job and work ... you could do that senior year or after you graduate or something. am i not right? i have a really strong opinion, u dig?

if you care so much about school, then why do you even BOTHER going on cb, or being picky about what your parents serve you..? academics are your priorities right? THEN JUST EAT WHATEVER THE f**k THERE IS. IF THAT ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH, do something about it yourself by COOKING. if you are unwilling to learn to cook, or are unwilling to buy the food to cook, then sorry buddy, LEARN TO DEAL.

....You know, I didn't read through EVERY post but.. Here's an idea:

You don't think your mother is taking care of you the right way by supplying you with junk food? Or babying you like it seems you think you deserve? Call Child Protective Services and state your supposed issues to a social worker. I mean, if it's THAT bad, going to a group home shouldn't be too horrible, right?

Sorry to the other CB'ers for continuing such a horrid thread, but I just had to say something. =\

get some easy mac, cup noodles, microwave lasagna, and some f**kin pizza bites, just go with your mom or ask them for money so you can go

thats basically my diet right now(+fastfood), and f**k you all. I didn't learn how to cook until 16, Jason must have a year or two left before he has to learn. The easiest thing to cook is f**kin omelets.

For the record, a working paper can be picked up at your school. Its proof of your age and eligibility to work. You just need to get your parents to sign something, bring in a note from your doctor that you are fit to work, and fill out a small form.

And no. Employers don't usually ask for your report card. And absolutely not, employers never want to see you with your parents. That shows them that you can't do anything by yourself.

hahaha can you at least make a scrambled egg or omelette? its the easiest thing ever. i did it when i was in 2nd grade -___-!!! and i cooked for myself when i was 11.... girl, ur just plain lazy. probably dun wanna dirty them hands.

just TRY to cook. you said thers veges. go chop some garlic and fry it with veges until veges turn a darker green then stop... add moderate salt when nearly done and wa-la... _--_

+ its fun to cook and feel proud that you just made something yummy :D

(and its impressive to other pplz ;pp)

Wow guys, I really think we're taking this a little out of proportion. Obviously he doesn't think he's less fortunate than other families who can't afford food, he's just saying that sometimes you look in the kitchen and it's like "blah" - you can't find anything that seems like something you might be able to put together. I mean, seriously, I've been there, half the time I go in my kitchen and I find the most random shit and it's like "wow we should really go grocery shopping". I honestly think that's all he's trying to say. =\

Eh, I'm just saying that by reading his post in no way did I gather that he thought he was suffering. It was just a complaint, something I complain about all the time, but it's not like it's a big deal. It's just an annoyance.

I use the phrase "starving" all the time to imply I haven't had a meal in several hours and I'm ready to eat. I just don't necessarily see anything wrong with it.

wow i've had sex with one guy for the past two years. i am such a slut. i mean, really, having sex at all is just slutty anyway. but you know what?

at least i get some. what the f**k do you have to look foward to in your life? sitting on your ass posting useless shit on cB while starving to death because you're too lazy and unmotivated to get a job or learn how to make your own food?

grow the f**k up and learn how to be a decent f**king human being, you illiterate jackass. you want some grub? maybe you should ask your mom if you can start breast feeding again, because obviously you're still attached to her tits anyway.

wow. you truly are a sad, pathetic excuse for a human being. if you have time to be a jackass online, you have time to grab an egg, fill a small pot with water, and boil it you useless assmonger.

yknow what's also good? drano. or chlorox. just drink a cup of one of those, and it should solve all your problems.

Stop the member bashing or warnings will be given out. shrug.gif This goes to both parties. You both probably don't care though.

No kidding. Jason may be in the wrong a lot of the time, especially when he fires back like he's done here, but he actually made a (somewhat) legitimate post this time. Instead of agreeing that sometimes it's hard to find something to eat in the kitchen, everyone tells him to get off his lazy ass and cook. Whether he deserves it or not is not being questioned here, the point is that the bashing towards him in this case and in many others was unprovoked, and nothing's been done about it. Fine, if he deserves punishment, punish him, but let's not set double standards for the other people who can't seem to tactfully express their opinions.

Suzzette, I'm definitely not questioning everyone's judgment on the several things he may have been warned for. Not at all, I trust that if he was warned, it was for a good reason. I was just a little perplexed by the fact that he was jumped all over in this thread and nothing had been said about it yet (if it had, I'm sorry, I probably missed it).

Yeah, if you can't tell I'm bored.
