Las Vegas Rides, Ever went on the rides?? |

Has anyone went to Las Vegas and gone on one or more of the rides that they have?
 The two rides I know are from Stratosphere Hotel.. which is, in my opinion..  EXTREME!!INSANITY- THE RIDE  Insanity the Ride is a truly mindbending experience! A massive mechanical arm extending out 64 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower at a height of over 900 feet, Insanity will spin you and several other passengers in the open air at speeds of up to three ‘G’s. You’ll be propelled up to an angle of 70 degrees, which will tilt your body into one position – facing straight down! If you’re brave enough to keep your eyes open you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking view of historic downtown Las Vegas. Experience Insanity and walk away to tell the tale! X-SCREAM  Ever played on a teeter-totter 866 feet high? With the X-Scream, you can! With a space age, yet simplistic design resembling a massive teeter-totter unlike anything you’ve ever seen, the X-Scream will propel you and several other riders head-first, 27 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower. Try not to scream when you go over the edge….you don’t want to scare the other riders! After being shot over the edge, you’ll dangle weightlessly above the Las Vegas strip before being pulled back and propelled over again for more. -- Man.. gives me chills watching the videos people posted up. Anyways, rode on the rides?.. saw it?.. Please tell me  I'm thinking of trying them out

Omg, I wanted to go on one, the one near mgm? I think? It was purplish, it looked so funnnn rawr.
but no one wanted to go on it, since it was... "vegas" and all they wanted to do was gamble. feckers. |

O M G. THEY LOOK AMAZING TO GO ON. I'LL DEFINITELY GO ON IT IF I GO TO VEGAS THE NEXT TIME I GO! I have a friend who lives in Vegas and he probably been there.
I bet those rides cost quite some money? But I'll pay up since it looks so fun! The last time I went to Vegas was when I was little, and I went to Circus Circus (Well, it's near vegas, isn't it? lol). I think I went on rides there, but not too sure. lol. |

Duuude, I stayed at the Stratosphere like a week ago but I couldn't even figure out where the hell the ride was. O_O They had ads for it and I'm just like.. WTFFF I DONT SEE IT. ALL I SEE IF SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE THE THING AT LAX. D: Okay anyways, I've never been on one. My parents don't let me.

I haven't been on the rides at the Stratosphere, yet (and yes, it's at the top). But a lot of locals are skeptical to go on it, because it's broken down in the past, where people have been stuck up there for like two hours, so.. But still, I'd go on it. I'd HATE it if it got stuck while I was on it though.
 I've been on the New York New York rollercoaster, was okay. Been on all the rides at the Adventure Dome at Circus Circus. |

I've been up to where the rides are (YES, on top of the stratosphere)
It is incredibly high. I pressed myself as close to the building as possible

I saw on the news a while back that it broke down and some people were stuck on it for a while. I'm afraid to go because she's right, it's broken down in the past. A few times too? Can't remember. But meh. I'd go probably, despite that, if it wasn't for the heat.. i've never been on any rides in las vegas because i never have the time to.. =( I mean, I even had a field trip to Circus Circus' Adventure Dome but didn't even gooooo 'cause I wasn't priveledged.

Even if I lived anywhere remotely near Vegas, I still wouldn't go on it.
It does look really thrilling though. Just not for. And yeah, as mentioned^ things like this do break down. Imagine being stuck up there not knowing how long it'll be till you get down  My friend was once stuck upside down on the "Hangover" for about 45 minutes, everyone had to swivel around and get the right way up so the blood wouldn't rush to their heads.

My mom and dad went on some, my dad brought his camera on the ride and took pictures...
It looked scary. |
