anyone know the deal on commonapp.org's rec. forms? all the member colleges use the same recommendation forms, so do I just get my teachers to fill one out and copy the form to send to multiple colleges? if you applied last year using commonapp, how do you go about submitting the forms?

yeah, i think your teachers just photocopy the recs and send them out. however, you should ask them what they prefer. i'm sure they have been writing college recommendations for long time, including for the common app, and maybe they have their own little preferences.

and i just submitted them online. it's very simple, but don't forget that some schools have supplements in addition to the common app. i hated those supplements...

Commonapp has PDF forms you can edit and type in your information. I suggest you do that for your recommendation forms and print multiple copies of them. Then, when your teachers need the forms, you can just put it in an envelope and give it to them.
