Helloooo hello, so I'm trying to install my webcam after it's been lying in the dust for a couple years...anyway, I lost the Quickcam installation CD so I downloaded it from here instead. After I dl it, it gave me this window

I plugged in my webcam and clicked reconnect, but it keeps giving me the same msg.

I have a similar camera and it said to make sure to unplug the camera before installing everything. I say; try restarting the computer and doing the installation over again.

Or possibly look for drivers on the website. I don't know if they include that in the installation (they should though).
