Whats the worst thing you've ever done when you got mad?

I've punched a hole in my door ... doesn't go all the way through though. Also kind of ... lost it once in Primary School and beat up this kid who was picking on me. >_< Regretted it once I'd calmed down though. |

-Broke a door off (its one of those sliding doors and I threw it open really hard and it broke off).
-On another door I have a GIANT crack in it from kicking it. -I made a dent in the air vent the size of my foot. -Punched a hole in a wall. -Got in a fistfight with my mom two times. |

my sisters ran into a room when i was chasing them and they held the door shut so i took a stool and slammed it into a door. that was a few years ago. the hole is still there. i dont think my mom knows it was me.
or at least when she asked i lied. another time. a more recent one. i hummed real angrily to music on my ipod while punching my wall to the beat of the music. and an even more recent one i squeezed my head until it really hurt and kept thinking of all the people i wanted to shoot without giving a care of what happens to me. i wouldn't be surprised if i was one of those people that just all of the sudden crack and run into a building with machine guns and shoot everyone there. |

Actually the only time I get mad is when I'm playing video games. I remember my brother beat me at NCAA 07 in overtime after my dude fumbled the ball. Then Soul Calibur 3, no comment. Overall I think i've broken at least 3 PS2 controllers. And all while I'm doing this he over there giggling.

Um, i get mad pretty quick i guess. When i was little i used to throw shoes and whatever else i could find until i felt better. nowadays i just curse under my breath, Yell, and get a rush of andrenaline to slap the crap out of you or worse. Yelling in a pillow never really worked for me. oh.. sometimes i just cry myself to sleep. but that's only when i feel like i can't do anything about it.

-Slammed doors -Stabbed my door with a steak knife because my brother locked me out -Served someone juice and before giving it to them i spit in it. -Chased this boy into his building,to the 5th floor,then grabbed him by the arm and jumped down 5 stair thingies with him slamming his head on the floor :D good times -Slapped my cousin in the face [she had it coming] -Chased my neighbors son,tackled him down,took of his shoe and beat his ass with it until he started to cry.so i let him go i felt bad. -Threw chairs -Hit this really annoying girl with glass bottle And much much more.When I get mad I really go crazy

Me and my mom fight a lot.
I've been so angry at her that I've locked myself in my room and didn't eat for over 24 hours. She was crying and was begging me to eat. But Then I really had to pee. And I scream. A lot. I shout horrible things at people when we fight. And then occasionally I spit in faces. In fourth grade this kid made me so mad that I jumped on him and beat the shit out of him. And then recently I was so angry at my mom for calling me crazy that I slammed the door in her face, and started screaming and smashing my fists and head against the mirror on the back of my door.
