Do you take protein shake?

I take it daily. I'm not planning to get bulk. I want to build a nice abs.

IS there side effect for taking protein shake?

No, you fail. Speaking of diet, you realize an actual diet is a change in what you eat FOREVER. Its not something you do for 3 months then go back to back to the shit you ate before. Just a heads up.

No, I don't take protein shakes but I heard that getting protein (like from natural foods) is good for you to build up bones and muscles, I believe. Probably it's the same as protein shake. Not sure about side effects.

But I think the best way is to do exercises on you're abdominals losing the fat so the abdominal muscles will show, while dieting.
