I have a bunch of different colored skinny jeans and I have no idea what will look god with them.
So my question is, how would you make these jeans into a cute outfit?
what color shirt? shoes?

This will look cute on the white jeans with a nice belt.

I think you should look at Forever 21 they have soo many cute tops.

grays, whites, blacks,

any color with the white,,
I think a Navy shirt would look interesting

for red,,
probably a white shirt would look best.

hmm balence out the colors. if the jeans are a basic color (like white, black, brown, grey) the go for a bright or printed top. if the jeans are bright (like the red ones you have) be careful with prints and bright tops. you'll look ridiculous! with the red jeans, opt for a basic top. maybe a black one with some white trimming? oh and i would match the shoes to your top as well. it's all about balence!!

White matches a lot of colors, but i think it would look especially good with something either black, gray, navy, slightly shady colors you know?

I think a white top would go well with the red one, since all the other colors in my head seem to be horribly unmatching.

purple pants sounds awesome!
but, im too shy to wear something so bold whistling.gif

the tips are good.
would you all match shoes to shirt perfectly?
i was thinking a more mis-matchy look might be cute
like white pants, red slip ons, and a random color shirt.
is that too much?

i`m actually not a fan of them. i guess i`m just more of a straight-blue jean girl.

to be on-topic, i would say pair your jeans with something simple like a white shirt or something.

nothing too busy.

i would wear a simple neutral/black/grey/white colored lace tank...and def. match the shoes with something so simple.
i would also suggest a very very small belt at the waist, and match the shoes to that...but i dunno about that one.

i'd wear large t-shirts with them, or t-shirt dresses over them. tunics, smock tops, or just some solid bright colored shirts.

I saw someone with neon hot pink pants. If you wanna be a hype beast, you can add neon yellow shoes. _smile.gif Or go for the stripes or solid tanks.

swing tops/babydoll tops/etc. that are multi-colored but have the color of the jeans in them would work well. and then maybe a solid black/white/gray shoe. thumbsup.gif

I honestly think anything goes with coloured jeans...just don't go overboard on the colour or patterns on top. Also, as the majority of coloured jeans are skinny, go for looser fitting tops.

^ Yeah, that would definitely work. Anything would work with white, I think. I wouldn't go for a white top as well though, because if the whites don't match, it's gonna look sort of weird. Just my personal preference though.

Then again...white and black jeans aren't considered as part of the coloured jeans trend, are they? I always thought of crazy colours like bright red, yellow, purple, green, etc.

Simple shirts. I have purple and black checkered skinny jeans and I just wear a plain black top with them, so the outfit isn't too overwhelming and loud. I also am getting hot pink skinny pants and plan to wear a cream shirt w/ those and some cream shoes. So .. yeah (=

^that really sounds cute!
i have a feeling that I'll chicken out when it comes to wearing my red pants, because its kinda "loud" and attention drawing.

If you're gonna go with skinny coloured jeans, then definitely go for a loose top.

I reckon for white jeans, a navy blue top would be the best to go with. The nautical look is simply hawt eyebrowes.gif

For something really bright like yellow or pink jeans.. well white would suit, but personally I wouldn't wear it with white.. I'd feel like, the jeans are too over dominating and the rest of me is just a fading white laugh.gif

I guess it all depends on what suits YOU

I was thinking about it today, and while I think that looser fitting tops do balance out an outfit with skinny jeans, anything too loose will be overwhelming. If you have the figure to pull it off, wearing a fitted t-shirt and a vest a la Kate Moss/Sienna Miller can make for a cool look.

Neutrals are safe. If you want something bold go for turquoises and purples. But it would really depend on the style of the shirt. Simplicity is key.

Hopefully im one of the only girls around here with them ! I really want teal and hot pink skinny jeans tho but my ass and thighs and generally just me is too fat for urbanoutfitters and that places where they sell them.

A black tank top or something some kind of faded colour that's kind of wavey & loose-fitting. A pale blue would go with the white ones.
