i've seen many pictures and i wanted to ask something. i use photoshop7, and in pictures when there is text. i see the words and a border which is a different color.
http://i7.tinypic.com/4mbazop.png this is one, there two different colors for the font. i think it's really cool, and i would like to know how to do that in photoshop7. can anyone help me? please and thank you createblog staff! |

on the text layer, right click it, click properties.. or was it layer style? lol I can't remember, but it was one of those, and then on the left side, all the way on the bottom, check stroke and change the width to something like 4px or whatever floats your boat and just edit the colour.

layer style >> outer glow >> then change the settings and play with them until you get something you like

^ I think you could do that by typing each letter or word individually, or splitting it up into different text layers, and applying a different stroke to each layer. I apologize if that's the long way; there may be a shortcut for that. This idea just came off my head.

Outerglow can also be a gradient.
And she's asking about stroke. Which Toby explained. |
