 I hate getting off of the computer. Don't you just hate when your parents make you do something you don't want to do? When was the last time your parents forced you to do something, and what was it?

Psh, I rarely get off the computer when my dad tells me to. The only thing that's really stopped me from being online is the extreeeemely shaky internet connection. ):

My parents don't make me do much that I wasn't already going to do. but if it counts my mom made me walk outside in my PJs down the street to the ice cream truck so she can get some sunflower seeds.

Yes I hate when my parents force me or try to get me off the computer. But it just shows how I'm very addicted to the computer, and really it's sad how much I'm addicted to it....

both my parents always try to get me off the computer; sadly they don't understand the brilliant things i do on here. but to them it's a waste of time. i often feel as if i have no life and i hate myself for that. i wish i could get out and do something...but somehow i can't.
they do this every night, so this was probably the last thing i was forced to do. will be again, later tonight. guaranteed. or, they could force-feed me something at dinner. |

My mom doesn't 'cause when she comes by, I open up photoshop and pretend I'm doing something important. When she leaves, I just go back to my MMORPGs.

They used to tell me to get off when I lived on the computer back in high school. Now I work overtime every week, keep my room in decent shape, and socialize and they don't tell me to do anything anymore :)

Yes, I do find it irritating when my parents nag at me to get off the computer and go to sleep >_> but it's for the good of my health, I suppose.

Unfortunately, mine nag a LOT and tell me to do stuff all the time. My mom made me wash my car yesterday...its not that big of a deal except that when she inspects my car it's so hard to make it 'perfect' for her.

Me and my family are pretty much polar opposites...sometimes they force me to go on trips with them to Maine and stuff. I don't really like quaint sea side towns. I'm a city person. I hate it.

Urhm, the last thing I was sort of made to do was go shopping for college stuff. I say 'sort of' because my mother offered just to go and get stuff like sheets and stuff for me, but I wanted to be involved in my own life.
But yeah, I'm with Dani... I get more orders from my bosses than my parents. |
