how do i make animated images?, you know, like animations.

i'm not sure if this is the right place, but it looked like the best for this question. i know how to make animated images that just randomly flash different images, just flash different scenes or something, but how do i make an actual clip from a movie or something, like this:

Animation shop cost $19.99 it's really cheap and a good tutorial for animation shop is here

Capture each frame and making it into an animation for GIFs like parts of a show/movie/etc. For gifs like that, it won't be much work since it seems like it's only a couple or so frames.

You can also use Imageready (which is through Photoshop).

^I recommend Image Ready also, although Animation shop is easier.

I use the Animation window on Photoshop CS3, very easy to use, just make a layer for each differant frame. Although if you're not a fan of torrents etc etc then it may prove to be far too expensive for you.
