Need help with group box around comment box. |

Go down, and look at my comment section. I need to figure out how to move my actual comments up. I have eliminated the border around the actual comment box, and replaced it with a group box with a legend. Yeah, I will fix the link. And I haven't done anything for it to look right in Firefox yet, partially because I don't have it. Mostly everyone uses Internet Explorer.

Why is it that everytime I ask for help on here, I never get it? Then after an hour I figure it out myself. I know it might take a while to figure it out, but I just never get help from anyone.

because there are times that cB is dead, meaning no one goes on. anyway problem solved.
