I see no design on the content either what so ever. It just seems like it was made in paint with the rectangle shape tool

orange/goldenrod does not scream "blank" to me.
I think you could have had a much more minimal & visually-pleasing design: centered, using black/white/gray colors, a cleaner and less random logo. I could go on. nonetheless, it is surely blank. |

Since you only have one post and have posted a site that really has nothing but a place for people to bid, I'm going to have to assume that this is advertising, which isn't allowed.
